FOSC is excited to announce Aaron Bell as our new Goalkeeper Director. Aaron is a former goalkeeper for FOSC and has been on the training staff since 2019. Aaron will be running the new goalkeeper training program for the club. The 12 week program is offered to any FOSC goalkeeper at no additional cost and begins August 9. 

2008-2011 Birth Years: Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30pm-7:30pm

2012-2016 Birth Years: Wednesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm
