FOSC ACADEMY OPENINGS FOR SPRING
There are still openings for both boys and girls in the Academy by FOSC. The Academy by FOSC is an instructional program for all players ages 5- 7. For more information contact Academy Coordinator: Mike Russo and check out the Academy page on this website.
MULTI-PLAYER DISCOUNT
FOSC will again offer a multi-player rebate to families with three or more children (U-10 and above) playing for FOSC this spring season. The multi-player rebate form is available in the "FORMS" section of this site.

|  | OXFORD PHYSICAL THERAPY TRAINING TIP:Fall Pre-Season Sports Tip: Hydration
As the fall sports season quickly approaches, we, here at Oxford Physical Centers, want to provide advice regarding injury prevention for preseason training and beyond. We will talk about proper hydration, how/when to stretch, and taking the time to listen to your body.
The temperatures have gradually risen to dangerous levels for outdoor activities. Hydration takes on a much more important role with the recent weather we have encountered. The general recommendations for hydrations are 8-12 oz of fluids 20-30 minutes before activity and 6-10 oz of fluids during activity.
Daily requirements can be in upwards of 3-5 liters of fluid for those individuals practicing outdoors for 2 hours or longer. Please be aware that each athlete will have individual requirements. Check athletes’ weights before and after practice in order to measure fluid loss.
